Services
Rosedale Studios Inc. provides Instagram profile positioning & optimization, AI-assisted video content, posting, messaging automation (such as ManyChat) & related marketing services for real estate professionals. Specific deliverables, timelines & fees are set out in your written client agreement. We do not guarantee listings, leads, sales, closings or income.
SMS Messaging Terms
- Program: if you opt in, Rosedale Studios Inc. will text you appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-up messages about your request & occasional marketing messages.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Rates: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts.
- Help: reply HELP, or email andrew@rosedalestudios.com.
- Consent: consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Bookings & Communications
Calls booked through the site are free strategy sessions. Please confirm your booking & arrive on time. We may release unconfirmed slots. We may contact you by email, phone or text (with consent) about your booking.
Payments & Refunds
Fees, payment schedule & refund terms are set out in your written client agreement.
Intellectual Property
Website content, frameworks & materials are owned by Rosedale Studios Inc.. Content usage rights for videos made for clients are set out in the client agreement.
Disclaimers and Liability
The site and services are provided "as is." Results depend on your market, listings, responsiveness & other factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
